They call me STEVE!
So there I am, helping Dave move around stuff, bringing chairs in from the next room, sweating in my brand new suit, .... SHOW BIZ BABY!!!!
Linda and Rob finally come back, all is well, sorta .... they of course got stuck in traffic ... BECAUSE TRAFFIC ON THE LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY IS A WAY OF LIFE!

I look to Linda to see if there where any veins poppin' outta her head from her wacky adventure with Rob ..... seemed okay ... no eruptions.
First questions she asks ... "Where's Donna?"
Now, I'm not trying to make it sound here like Donna was flaking on us ... she wasn't. Donna is quite possibly the busiest person in the history of the known universe. If you stand close to her, you may quite actually see the world spinning around her at a dizzying pace.

Y'see, but unbeknownst to us, but knownst to Donna ... our thrice married, mega-childrened co-hostess had arrived with Ninja stealthness and was already setting up the cocktail party in the other room. She was arranging her many dips, chips, and other food stuffs that rhymed with that.
Linda heading in to help her out and we were up and moving closer to show time.
So 6 O'Clock hits, the comics start arriving, Rich Walker is first on the scene.

If ever there was a contest for "World's Nicest Guy" ... Rich would not only win, but also win "Mr. Congeniality."
Rich is one of the comics that also trained Rob during his "Stand-Up University" class that I filmed for a documentary.
So pleasant greetings were exchanged, coats were hung up, a quick tour of the studio was made, and it was off to the cocktail party for Rich.
Y'see ... people were actually starting to arrive.
WE'RE JUST GETTIN' WARMED UP!

HOO HA!!!
... stay tuned.
